Jigsaw Bag Filling Aid
Jigsaw Bag Filler Perspex aid for filling bag in box.

The filling frame is a laser cut perspex square with a slot for the spout in the bag. It acts as an aid to the person filling i.e. a third hand. It's transparent so you can see the fill (and for easy cleaning). The filling frame also prevents the box from getting wet in the event of a spillage or foaming. Place the spout in the slot and then put the whole thing on top of a part erected box with the bag placed inside. Pull the tap out and fill the bag, ideally on a weigh scale to comply with trading standards. When the fill is complete, remove the bag from the slot and fully close the bag by pushing the tap completely home.
